More than 40.000 UK students have been surveyed, from 109 universities, to see which companies they wish to work for. It’s no surprise that Google and Apple are at the top of the list. Other favorites business cores are related with tech, finance and media.

Employees say that Google takes good care of them. Most of them describe work environment as fun and exciting. The workplace contains many perks, such as: gyms, shower rooms, game rooms, free food and many more… Many employees say that they feel like they’re doing something good when they are working for google. No wonder students want to work here!
It’s very difficult to get hired at Apple. Employees say that company cares for you as a person and your personal growth. On the other side they say it lacks the work-life balance and that the company requires you to be available 24/7 even on holidays.
They offer many training opportunities and many benefits that come from working for a strong brand company. Many employees complain about bureaucracy and bad management here though.

It is the world’s second largest cosmetics company headquartered in Clichy, Hauts-de-Seine with a registered office in Paris. Many young people want to work for this company, especially women!

Being one of the “Big Four” accounting firms, this one too does a great job at providing jobs for early careers as well as engaging young students in many different ways.
Here, you are required to work hard, usually more than 40 hours a week. Good side is that they pay excellently, so it’s worth the time. One of the “Big Four” auditors!
Also one of the “Big Four” auditors. Enriching work environment where you are working with others to improve life of millions. Same as with other “Big Four” companies, people complain about long work weeks and occasional burn-outs.
Headquartered in Redmond, Washington, Microsoft is a company that everybody wants to work for. They have a clear vision, many opportunities to learn and fun work environment. They even allow you to set up a home office.
